CMMI was honored to participate in the 5th International Congress on Applied Ichthyology, Oceanography & Aquatic Environment (HydroMediT 2024), held from May 30th to June 2nd, 2024, in Mytilene, Lesvos, Greece. This renowned event brought together experts from across the globe to discuss key developments in marine science. During the congress, the GreenMED project was successfully disseminated through insightful discussions with fellow researchers, industry professionals, and stakeholders. These interactions provided an opportunity to share the project’s goals and innovative solutions for promoting sustainable practices in the Mediterranean region. The event fostered a collaborative atmosphere, allowing for the exchange of ideas and the formation of new partnerships, further strengthening our commitment to environmental stewardship in marine ecosystems. HydroMediT 2024 proved to be an invaluable experience for all involved, as we continue to push forward with the MSSO initiative.
